Your Role
The value of design lies in grasping the context, defining the direction, and accurately expressing ideas with creative visual language and ingenious thinking logic in cross-field and multi-background projects. In the face of different design requirements, empathy, projecting ourselves into the customer's context and position, and repeatedly scrutinizing and polishing the plan are our consistent working methods. 你的职责
独立完成项目调研与分析，准确理解客户的创意需求；
以敏锐的视觉创意和独特的审美为客户提供有洞见的策略与观点；
以出色的执行能力，团队协作完成并交付项目
Your Responsibility
Complete project research and analysis independently, and accurately understand the creative needs of customers;
Provide clients with insightful strategies and perspectives with sharp visual creativity and unique aesthetics;
Complete and deliver projects with excellent execution skills and teamwork
需求
2年及以上工作经验（我们以作品集为主要评价标准，若作品水平优秀，工作时间则不会作为评价侧重点）；
主动和正向的沟通能力；
在设计执行中对细节的把控；
熟练的平面设计软件操作能力（PS/AI/ID）；
加分项：对事物的好奇心以及不分知识领域的独特视野
Requirement
2 years and above work experience(We take the portfolio as the main evaluation standard. If the work is of excellent quality, the working time will not be the focus of the evaluation);
Active and positive communication skills;
Control of details in design execution;
Proficient graphic design software operation ability (PS/AI/ID);
Bonus: Curiosity about things and a unique perspective regardless of the field of knowledge
