深圳市当代艺术与城市规划馆(以下简称“两馆”)是“公益性、学术性、服务性”的非营利机构,以打造全新的全球化文化综合体的艺术馆为目标。我们参与其面向全球的竞标项目。
The Shenzhen Museums of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning (MOCAUP) are two new additions to the art scene of Shenzhen. Deeply rooted in serving public interests and academia, MOCAUP aims to become a true institution that celebrates the culture and creative talents with a global impact. Loof presented the following proposal at the VIS Contest.
Construction elements
如同两馆的建筑形态,在中心球面反射装置的周围,以坚实和稳固的结构建筑为基础。我们提取两馆建筑外立面的结构,融入到两馆视觉方案中的基础部分。
Like the architectural forms of the two pavilions, around the central spherical reflection device, a solid and stable structural building is used as the foundation. We extracted the structure of the facades of the two pavilions and integrated them into the basic part of the visual scheme of the two pavilions.
Reflection
以两馆中心区域的球面反射装置为灵感,我们提取其反射质思并赋予其有机形态,有机形态能够使其呈现丰富的视觉效果,提高方案的可塑性。反射球面在两馆视觉体系中将作为主要信息及图像的载体进行使用。以球面反射为基础,根据不同的使用场景,可带来丰富多样的视觉层次。
Inspired by the spherical reflection device in the central area of the two pavilions, we extract its reflective texture and give it an organic form. The organic form can make it present rich visual effects and improve the plasticity of the scheme. The reflective sphere will be used as the carrier of the main information and images in the visual system of the two pavilions. Based on spherical reflection, it can bring diverse visual layers according to different usages.
在我们看来,博物馆是城市、观众、艺术三者的连接桥梁。在现代都市环境下,博物馆既是城市的一部分,也是艺术的一部分。结合两馆的建筑特点,我们从中提取球面反射元素作为方案出发点,将反射这一形式灵活地介入到视觉系统中,连接城市环境、多媒体、展览活动以及与展馆相关媒介当中。
Our idea of the modern museum transcends its traditional function of displaying remarkable works. To us, museums serve as the link between cities, their inhabitants, and the art created within their communities. We drew inspiration from the distinctive architectural features of the MOCAUP structures and took their fascinating mirrored reflections as our design inspiration. We injected this visual concept into the presentations of the overall brand identity system, thus creating a connection between digital media and the city of Shenzhen through dynamic digital exhibitions and pertinent promotional materials.
