Since the first push of the LUNA project, we have been working to bring the fictional narrative of the moon to life through visual design. Throughout the history of mankind, there have been countless imaginations and stories about the moon, and the moon has been imbued with allegories about love, life, religion, and politics in many ways. It was once said that ‘People's consciousness and thoughts create God.’ In the narrative of the LUNA project, then, the moon is a mapped collection of human societies on Earth, a living and silent observer. ‘LUNA Bio.Botanic Interface’ is a graphic archive in the medium of bone china derived from the discovery of six fossilised plants during the 3031 lunar surface survey operation, four of which were extracted and reconstructed by researchers, who discovered more interesting phenomena after a multi-dimensional decoding process. To commemorate these discoveries, we have engraved them on a bone china disc to create a gift box.
